EIN Letter
​This EIN Letter serves as official documentation confirming our organization's tax-exempt status. Donors can utilize this letter to verify their contributions are tax-deductible, ensuring transparency and trust in their support. It is readily available and easily accessed through our website or by contacting our quartermaster directly. We encourage donors to keep this letter for their records when making contributions. For donations larger than $250, our post quartermaster will draft an official letterhead affirming your tax-exempt donation.

This Non-Profit Designation Letter from the IRS is an official document that confirms our tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code. This designation allows our post to receive tax-deductible donations. We provide a public copy to establish credibility and trustworthiness within our community, as well as with donors and grant-making organizations.

Our Certificate of Good Standing from the State of Nebraska an official document that verifies our compliance with state regulations. This certificate confirms that Post 9675 is authorized to operate and is up to date with all necessary filings and fees.
